射干麻黄汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘发作期的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨射干麻黄汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘发作期的临床疗效。方法将2017年1月～2018年10月在我院接受治疗的60例支气管哮喘发作期患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,30例/组。对照组采用常规+沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组采用常规+射干麻黄汤+沙丁胺醇治疗,比较两组的治疗有效性和安全性。结果通过比较两组的治疗有效率,结果观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者症状缓解时间比较,可见观察组的肺部阴影消失、肺部哮鸣音消失、咳嗽气喘缓解时间均明显短于对照组,且住院时间相对较短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);比较两组患者治疗后的肺功能指标,观察组的最大呼气流速、用力呼吸肺活量、第1秒呼吸肺容积较对照组相比均较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);经比较两种治疗方案的安全性,两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在支气管哮喘发作期的临床治疗上,采用射干麻黄汤联合沙丁胺醇的治疗方案可获得理想效果,可缩短患者的各项症状缓解时间,同时可改善肺功能,且治疗安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze clinical curative effects of Shegan Mahuang decoction combined with salbutamol in treatment of bronchial asthma at attack stage. Methods 60 patients with bronchial asthma at attack stage who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as main research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment combined with salbutamol while the observation group was given routine treatment,Shegan Mahuang decoction combined with salbutamol.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results By comparing the treatment efficiency of the two groups,it was found that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After comparing the symptom relief time of the two groups,it can be seen that disappearance time for pulmonary shadow,disappearance time for pulmonary wheezing rale and relief time for cough and asthma were all significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the hospital stay was relatively short.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The lung function indexes of the two groups were compared.The maximum expiratory flow rate,forced respiratory capacity and respiratory lung volume at 1 second in the observation group were relatively higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After comparing the safety of the two treatment regimens,the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion In clinical treatment of bronchial asthma at attack stage,therapeutic regimen of Shegan Mahuang decoction combined with salbutamol can achieve the desired effect.It can shorten the time of symptom relief of patients,improve lung function.In addition,it has high safety and is worthy of promotion and application.
