达托霉素治疗复杂皮肤软组织感染一例

摘要
复杂皮肤软组织感染是临床常见疾病,其发生率逐年提高。本文报道了1例67岁的老年女性,因腹部、会阴部皮肤软组织感染入院。入院时病情重,伴有脓毒性休克。感染细菌为革兰阳性球菌,经过达托霉素治疗后患者休克纠正,皮肤及皮肤软组织感染控制,后病情好转出院。
Complicated skin and soft tissue infection is a common disease with increased incidence. We reported a 67-year-old woman who was admitted to our hospital with complicated skin and soft tissue infection in her abdomen wall and perineum. The patient was in septic shock and the isolated bacteria was gram-positive cocci. After treatment with daptomycin and resucitation, the patient was recovered from septic shock and infection.
