<正>肺浸润性黏液腺癌,以前称为黏液性细支气管肺泡癌,属于浸润性腺癌的变异体,以新增微乳头为主,具有较强的侵袭能力,临床上并不多见,根据报道,约占肺腺癌0.14%,而且大多数病例初期极易被误诊为肺炎、肺结核及其他肺部弥漫性病变,因而未得到及时治疗。现收集2012年我院经术后病理证实为肺浸润性黏液腺癌的3例患者,结合临床及
