摘要

为有效应对空气污染所致日益频发的群体性肺系疾病,笔者公开其外祖父家传方"麻杏前胡饮"组成和功效主治,同时以咳嗽、喘证和肺胀为例,介绍了陈天然运用麻杏前胡饮治疗肺系疾病临床案例,并分析了该方"宣、降、清、温、润、敛"特点,总结了陈老临床用方心得,供同行参考。
        To effectively deal with pulmonary system diseases occurred frequently caused by air pollution,the author has published the prescription and efficacy of Maxing Qianhu Drink that has created by his grandfather. Taking cough,asthma and pulmonary distention as example,to introduce clinical cases of CHEN Tianran. Anglicizing the feature of this prescription,namely diffusion,downbearing,purgation,warm,nourishing and astriction. Summarizing the clinical application experiences of CHEN Tianran for reference.
