国医大师洪广祥辨治肺系疾病常用温肺药对浅析

文章总结了国医大师洪广祥教授运用温肺药对治疗肺系疾病的经验,主张从温宣、温化、温散、温通、温补五方面治以温肺,列举了麻黄与杏仁、干姜与五味子、麻黄与细辛、麻黄与熟地黄、黄芪与白术等药对,重点阐述药物配对的思路。充分体现了国医大师洪广祥教授"治肺不远温"的学术观点。
This paper summarized the experience of professor HONG Guang-xiang, a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in treating lung diseases with warming lung herbs. He advocated the treatment of warm lung from the five aspects: warmly ventilating, warmly resolving, warmly dredging, and warmly invigorating. The paper listed the following couplet medicines to elaborate the synergy ideas: Herba Ephedrae and Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Rhizoma Zingiberis and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Herba Ephedrae and Herba Asari, Herba Ephedrae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. It fully embodied the academic viewpoint of ‘treating lung diseases with warming therapeutic method'.
