益气温阳方治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的60例疗效观察

摘要
目的:探究益气温阳方在治疗儿童肺脾虚寒型变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年12月-2017年5月江苏省第二中医院耳鼻喉门诊诊治的儿童AR 60例为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用益气温阳方或颗粒剂治疗,对照组采用开瑞坦10mg,睡前1次,治疗疗程为4周,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率为80%,对照组有效率为73.3%,两组总有效率无明显差异(P> 0.05),但在缓解鼻塞、鼻痒、清水鼻涕症状上有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论:益气温阳方治疗儿童变应性鼻炎等同开瑞坦,但在改善鼻塞、鼻痒、清水鼻涕上优于开瑞坦,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the effects of the Yiqi Wenyang prescription(益气温阳方) on allergic rhinitis of the Feipi Xuhan syndrome(肺脾虚寒型). Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The control group received Claritin(10 mg); the observation group was treated with the Yiqi Wenyang prescription, for 4 weeks. Results: The efficiency was 80% in the observation group and 73.3% in the control group, without statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in relieving symptoms of stuffy noses, nasal itching and clear nasal discharge flow. Conclusion: The Yiqi Wenyang prescription on AR in children shows a significant effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
