经支气管镜诊断肺诺卡菌病一例

<正>诺卡菌属于放线菌目,诺卡菌科,是一种革兰阳性分枝棒状需氧菌,具有弱抗酸性,普遍存在于泥土、空气、草丛和腐败的植物中。诺卡菌病是由诺卡菌引起的急性或者慢性化脓性或肉芽肿性疾病,通常发生在免疫功能低下的患者中~([1])。肺脏是诺卡菌最常见的感染部位,且不易与肺结核等肉芽肿性疾病鉴别,其诊断主要是依据细菌培养出诺卡菌为标准~([2])。现将我科经支气管镜诊断的1例肺诺卡菌病患者如下。临床资料患者,男性,49岁。主因咳嗽,咳痰,间断发热20天于
