乔治教堂诺卡菌感染肺诺卡菌病1例并文献复习
摘要
<正>肺诺卡菌病是由诺卡菌引起的侵袭肺部的化脓性或肉芽肿性疾病。该病临床比较少见,随着免疫抑制剂及糖皮质激素的使用,造血干细胞移植、恶性肿瘤、糖尿病及HIV感染患者的增多,近年来发病率有上升趋势。肺诺卡菌病临床表现无特异性,易误诊,若诊治不及时,病死率比较高[1-2]。该病诊断的关键
