肺诺卡菌病3例

摘要
<正>诺卡菌病是由诺卡菌引起的急性或者慢性化脓性或肉芽肿性疾病,多见于免疫功能低下的患者~([1])。病变主要发生在肺部,也可累及脑、肾脏、皮肤等器官。本文对我院2017年1月-2018年5月收治的3例肺诺卡菌感染病例进行报道。1临床资料病例1:患者男,37岁。因"咳嗽、咯痰、发热二十余天,加重并咯血十余天",于2017年
