<正>呼气末正压(positive end-expiratory pressure,PEEP)是改善急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)患者氧合,增加呼吸系统顺应性和降低呼吸机诱导肺损伤(ventilator inducedlung injury,VILI)发生的最重要手段之一~([1]),但目前关于ARDS患者如何设置PEEP的问题仍存在较大争议~([2])。多项大规模的临床随机对照研究均提示PEEP水平高低与ARDS患者病死率无关~([3-5]),有学
