PDCA循环联合精细化管理在脑出血患者防误吸中的应用效果评价

摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环联合精细化管理在脑出血患者防误吸中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年3月～2018年3月接收的401例脑出血患者作为此次研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将2016年3月～2017年2月收治的199例脑出血患者作为对照组,按照临床防误吸常规护理模式进行,将2017年3月～2018年2月收治的202例脑出血患者作为实验组,实施PDCA循环联合精细化护理管理模式,对比两组护理效果及患者满意度。结果实验组进食体位符合率、患者误吸认知行为达标率均高于对照组,误吸及肺部感染发生率明显低于对照组,且实验组患者对此次护理措施的满意度评价明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PDCA循环联合精细化管理在脑出血患者中的应用效果显著,有效防止误吸发生,减少肺部感染发生率,对促进患者早日康复具有重要的临床意义,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circle combined with fine management in prevention of aspiration in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 401 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the order of admission,199 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted from March 2016 to February 2017 were set as the control group,and they were given routine nursing mode according to the clinical prevention of aspiration.202 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted from March 2017 to February 2018 were set as the experimental group,and they were given PDCA cycle combined with fine nursing management mode.Nursing effects and satisfaction degree of patients in two groups were compared. Results The coincidence rate of eating position and cognitive behavior ofaspiration of aspiration in the experimental group were both higher than those in the control group while incidence of aspiration and pulmonary infection were significantly lower than the control group.The satisfaction evaluation of nursing measures in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion PDCA circle combined with fine management inpatients with cerebral hemorrhage has a significant application effect.It can effectively prevent the occurrence of aspiration and reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and it has important clinical significance in promoting the early recovery of patients,which is worthy of promoting.
