创伤性肘关节僵硬的诊治进展

摘要
肘关节是上肢活动中最重要的关节之一,创伤所致肘关节僵硬常见,严重影响患者上肢功能与活动,治疗方法及治疗效果尚未达成共识。现对创伤性肘关节僵硬的诊断及治疗等进行总结,为临床诊治提供参考。
Elbow joint is important in daily upper limb activities. Elbow stiffness by trauma is very common, which imposes an adverse effect on patients' upper limb function and activity. However, we have not reached a consensus on its treatment and efficacy.So we review the researches about post-trauma elbow joint stiffness including its diagnosis and treatment, so as to provide evidences for clinicians.
