超声造影评价急性肾损伤患者肾血流灌注的应用现状

摘要
急性肾损伤是临床常见的危重症,发病率和死亡率高。由于急性肾损伤具有潜在可逆性,因此提高早期诊断水平对患者预后有重要影响。利用超声造影技术,结合时间-强度曲线各参数,定量分析及评估肾脏血流灌注情况,从而反映肾脏损伤程度及病程进展。
