双乌镇痛胶囊对小鼠痛阈和压痛阈值的影响

摘要
目的研究双乌镇痛胶囊的主要药效学镇痛作用。方法取ICR雌性小白鼠50只,根据痛阈值分层随机分为对照组,阿司匹林组,双乌镇痛胶囊大、中、小剂量组(1.0、0.4、0.16 g/kg),各组均10只,均灌胃给药,每日1次,连续3 d,末次给药后分别再测痛阈,以药后应用热板法测定痛阈,进行组间比较。另取ICR小白鼠50只,雌雄兼用,随机分为5组,各组均10只,5组动物分别灌服双乌镇痛胶囊大、中、小剂量,阿司匹林和0.9%氯化钠注射液,各组均灌胃给药,每日1次,连续3 d,以药后测定小鼠尾尖压痛阈值。结果双乌镇痛胶囊各剂量组依赖性地提高热板法的小鼠痛阈、显著提高物理刺激引起的小鼠痛阈,双乌镇痛胶囊大、中、小剂量组的痛阈增加值与对照组比较均升高(P<0.05)。结论双乌镇痛胶囊有较好的镇痛作用。
Objective To study the main pharmacodynamics analgesia effect of Shuangwu Zhentong capsule. Methods female ICR 50 mice stratified according to pain threshold,were randomly divided into control group,aspirin group,Shuangwu Zhentong capsule,high-,middle- and low- dose group,1. 0 g /kg,0. 4 g /kg,0. 16 g /kg,rats were administered orally,once a day,continuous 3 days. After the last administration,0. 5,1,2,4 h pain threshold were respectively measured,improved pain threshold value indicators as index,were compared between groups; the other is ICR 50 mice,both male and female were randomly divided into 0. 9% sodium chloride injection,aspirin group,Shuangwu Zhentong capsule,high-,middle- and low- dose group,rats were administered orally,once a day,continuous 3 days. The pain threshold and pain threshold to improve the calculation of percentage were observed before and after administration of 0. 5,1,2 h. Results Shuangwu Zhentong capsule each dose dependently increased the pain threshold of mice,significantly increased the pain threshold of hot plate method of mice caused by physical stimulation. Increased pain threshold value in Shuangwu Zhentong capsule,high-,middle- and low- dose group were higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shuangwu Zhentong capsule has a good analgesic effect.
