少脂肪肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的影像特征分析

摘要
目的探讨少脂肪肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析8例经手术病理证实的少脂肪肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的影像学改变。结果 8例少脂肪肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的超声表现均匀等回声,CT平扫均匀稍高或高密度,增强后强化均匀,其中延迟强化6例;所有病例均无钙化,行MR检查4例,T2WI像上呈低信号改变。结论结合CT薄层及增强扫描和MRI检查能对少脂肪血管平滑肌瘤做出准确诊断。
Objective To analyze imaging of renal angiomyolipoma with minimal fat. Methods The US,CT,MRI features of 8 patients with renal angiomyolipoma with minimal fat,confirmed by operation and pathology, were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 8 patients of renal angiomyolipoma with minimal fat showed homogeneous isoechogenicity on sonograms, homogeneously high attenuation on unenhanced CT images, and homogeneous enhancement on contrast-enhanced CT images,in which 6 cases showed delayed enhancement. There were no calcification in 8 cases, in which 4 cases received MRI examination, T2 weighted images in hypointensity. Conclusion It should take thin and enhanced CT scans and MRI axamination to improve the diagnostic rate of the renal angiomyolipoma with minimal fat.
