超选择肾动脉栓塞术联合手术切除肿瘤治疗巨大肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤临床疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨超选择肾动脉栓塞术联合手术切除肿瘤治疗巨大肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的临床效果。方法选取2012年9月至2017年11月我院收治的17例巨大肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用超选择性肾动脉栓塞术(SSRAE)后手术切除肿瘤,观察记录其临床治疗效果。结果 17例患者通过介入栓塞后均成功切除肿瘤,出血量较少,术中未发生严重并发症,术后血肌酐平均水平较好,临床疗效显著。结论在对巨大肾血管平滑肌瘤患者的治疗中通过超选择性肾动脉栓塞术联合手术切除肿瘤治疗效果较好,患者出血量较少,无严重术中并发症,且术后肾功能能够最大显著保留,应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of super selective renal artery embolization combined with surgical tumor resection in treatment of giant renal angiomyolipoma. Methods Choose 17 cases giant renal angiomyolipoma patients in our hospital from September 2012 to November 2017 as research objects. All patients were treated with super selective renal artery embolization(SSRAE) combined with surgical tumor resection, observe and record clinical curative effect. Results 17 cases were successfully resected after interventional embolization, with less blood loss and no serious complications during operation. postoperative average serum creatinine level was good, with significant clinical effect. Conclusion Super selective renal artery embolization combined with surgical tumor resection has good treatment effect in treatment of giant renal angiomyolipoma, with less bleeding, no serious complications in operation, postoperative renal function can be significantly preserved maximumly, which has high application value.
