摘要
自噬是生命体中一种普遍而又重要的代谢方式,主要存在于真核细胞中。自噬形式的细胞死亡不同于凋亡,凋亡通常被称为第一类的细胞程序性死亡,自噬则常常被称为第二类的细胞程序性死亡。随着近年来有关于结肠癌耐药性的相关研究越来越多,已经有非常多的凭证显示结肠癌耐药性的发生发展,在基因水平上与自噬有着一定的相关关系。而其中的一些自噬基因扮演着举足轻重的角色,占据着重要的决定性位置,它们存在于自噬发生发展的每一个环节,亦或是大部分环节,从而改变着结肠癌耐药性的进展与发生。所以下面将随结肠癌耐药性与自噬的关系的研究进展做一综合论述。
Autophagy is a common and important metabolic method in living organisms, mainly in eukaryotic cells. Autophagy cell death is different from apoptosis. Apoptosis is called the first type of programmed cell death, and autophagy is called the second type of programmed cell death.As more and more studies on the drug resistance of colon cancer have been reported, there is increasing evidence that the development of colon cancer resistance has a certain relationship with autophagy.Some of these autophagy genes play a significant role in the development of autophagy, which changes the progression of resistance to colon cancer.So the following will be a comprehensive discussion on the development of the relationship between drug resistance and autophagy in colon cancer.
