盆腔淤血综合征诊治研究进展
摘要
<正>慢性盆腔痛对于女性来说并不罕见,是指病程超过6个月的无规律性的盆腔痛。其由多方面因素引起,如子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、子宫肌瘤、恶性肿瘤、盆腔器官脱垂、炎症、肠易激综合征、盆腔静脉曲张等[1]。盆腔淤血综合征(pelvic congestion syndrome,PCS)最初是在1949年由Taylor提出的,是一种由盆腔静脉曲张引起的盆腔痛、痛经、月经量多、性交不适等症状的临床症候群。10%～15%的女性有明显或不明显的盆腔静脉曲张
