摘要
恶性肿瘤疾病对人类生命健康的影响程度日益升高,不仅早期筛查诊断难度较高,并且治疗预后效果往往较差。目前,国内外临床均将化疗作为患者的主要治疗手段,但治疗过程中不断出现的药物耐药问题对患者及医务人员均造成了严重困扰。国外研究已对肿瘤耐药与外泌体进行了相关研究,认为该物质对耐药传递形成了重要影响,其外泌体中可携带耐药相关分子不断在肿瘤细胞中进行传递与作用,并且能够外排相关介导药物,通过对其实施处理可为逆转耐药起到积极作用。
        Malignant tumor diseases have an increasingly high impact on human life and health. It is not only difficult for early screening and diagnosis, but also has a poor prognosis. At present, chemotherapy is regarded as the main treatment method for patients at home and abroadin clinical practice, but the continuous drug resistance problems in the treatment process have caused serious problems for patients and medical personnel. Study abroad has secrete body outside the tumor drug resistance and the related research, thinks that the material has important influence on the formation resistance pass, outside the secrete in the body can carry drug-resistant related molecules passing through continuously in tumor cells and function, and can be related mediated drug efflux, through to its implementation process can be reversed resistance play a positive role.
