摘要
目的:研究柴贝胃炎康对应激性胃溃疡小鼠模型及慢性胃溃疡大鼠模型的作用。方法:采用水浸应激方式建立急性胃溃疡小鼠模型观察胃壁溃疡点数和溃疡长度计算溃疡指数;采用胃壁注射10%醋酸结合幽门结扎的方法建立慢性胃溃疡大鼠模型,连续给药14天观察胃壁损伤面积,测定胃蛋白酶活性、胃液总量、胃游离酸含量,并通过组织病理学综合判断药物疗效。结果:柴贝胃炎康0.6 g/kg,1.2 g/kg,2.4 g/kg三组溃疡点数明显减少低、高剂量有显著性差异(P<0.01)溃疡抑制率分别为51%、41%、67%。乙酸灼烧大鼠模型中柴贝胃炎康0.4 g/kg,0.8 g/kg,1.6 g/kg剂量均能有效减少胃酸分泌(P<0.05),组织病理学检评分明显比模型组低。结论:柴贝胃炎康对应激性胃溃疡模型小鼠有保护作用,对慢性胃溃疡模型大鼠有治疗作用。
        Objective: To study the effect of Chaibei Weiyankang(CB) on experimental stress gastric ulcer of mice and chronic gastric ulcer of rats. Methods: The model of acute gastric ulcer was established by water immersion stress method in mice; the ulcer points and ulcer index(UI) were observed in the mice. The model of chronic gastric ulcer was set up by injection of 10% acetic acid into gastric wall combined with pyloric ligation in rats; the damaged area was observed, the activity of pepsin, the volume of gastric juice, free gastric acid, and the pathological semi-quantity score were detected to assess the medication efficacy after 14 days of intervention. Results: Compared to those in the model group, the ulcer points and UI were obviously reduced in CB groups of different doses(0.6 g/kg, 1.2 g/kg, and 2.4 g/kg), of which the high-dose group showed significant decease(P<0.01). The ulcer-inhibition ratio was 51%, 41% and 67%. In the rats model of acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer, CB groups(0.4 g/kg, 0.8 g/kg, and 1.6 g/kg)could significantly decrease gastric acid secretion(P<0.05); the pathological scores were obviously lowered in CB groups compared to those in the model group. Conclusion: CB has a protective effect on the stress gastric ulcer in mice and a therapeutic effect on chronic gastric ulcer in rats.
