摘要

目的:采用HPLC法测定胃炎灵颗粒中的芍药苷含量。方法:色谱柱为Sun Fire C_(18),流动相为甲醇:0.04mo L·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾(35∶65),检测波长230nm,流速1.0m L·min~(-1),柱温30℃。结果:芍药苷在0.432~0.972μg范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999),平均加样回收率为97.9%,RSD=1.3%。结论:所建方法准确、重复性好,可用于测定胃炎灵颗粒中的芍药苷含量。
        Objective:To establish amethod to determine paeoniflorin in Weiyanling granule.Methods :An HPLC method was established with Sun Fire C_(18) column. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.04 mo L·L~(-1)potassium phosphate monobasic(35∶65)with the flow rate of 1.0m L·min~(-1)and the detective wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was 30℃.Results:Within the range of 0.432~0.972μg,there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area of paeoniflorin(r=0.999). The average recovery was 97.9% with RSD of 1.3%.Conclusion :The method is accurate,reliable,reproducible and suitable for the determination of paeoniflorin in Weiyanling granule.
