瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑在胃腺瘤样息肉切除术后的疗效

摘要
目的探讨在胃腺瘤样息肉切除术后采用瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑治疗的疗效。方法选取62例行胃腺瘤息肉切除术患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组各31例,两组手术均采用电凝电切术切除息肉,术后均给予瑞巴派特治疗,治疗组加用泮托拉唑治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组临床疗效较对照组显著要佳(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组肠化、炎症、异型增生、萎缩积分较疗前显著下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较显著要低(P<0.05)。结论在胃腺瘤样息肉切除术后应用瑞巴派特联合泮托拉唑治疗可显著提高疗效,具有推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Rebamipide combined with Pantoprazole after the resection of adenoma polyp.Methods 62 patients of adopting the resection of adenoma polyp from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 31 cases each group. Both of groups adopted the electric coagulationresection of adenoma polyp. After surgery,the control group took Rebamipide;on the basis, the treatment group also took Pantoprazole.The clinical effect for two groups was observed.Results After surgery, the clinical effect for treatment group was better than control group(P <0.05); ?the incidence rate of intestinal metaplasia, inflammation,dysplasia, atrophy for treatment group was lower than before(P<0.05); the incidence rate of the above reactions for treatment group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the resection of adenoma polyp, the combined therapy of Rebamipide and Pantoprazole can improve the clinical effect. It is worthy of promotion.
