摘要
目的通过检测并分析健康体检人群中胃部疾病相关血清学标志物的含量及其影响因素,为胃部疾病的诊断及风险评估提供参考,并探讨胃部疾病相关血清学标志物异常结果的干预策略。方法选取2015年5月至2016年4月来我院进行健康体检人员555例作为研究对象,测定受检者血清胃蛋白酶原I(PGI)、胃蛋白酶原II(PGII)、胃泌素-17(G-17)和Hp-IgG抗体等指标。结果在555例体检人群中,随着年龄增长,PGI、PGII、G-17含量上升而PGI/PGII下降。Hp阳性组血清PGI、PGII、G-17含量较Hp阴性组升高,而PGI/PGII下降。依据血清PGI、PGII、G-17、Hp-IgG抗体四种不同组合进行胃部疾病风险评估:A组354例(63.78%),B组192例(34.59%),C组9例(1.62%)。结论 PGI、PGII、G-17指标与年龄、Hp感染呈正相关,健康体检人群中,有较高的血清PG、G-17异常率和Hp感染率,我们依据胃部疾病风险评估情况,应对体检人群进行分层健康管理,并给予积极干预与管理。
        Objective To detect and analyze the serological markers of gastric disease levels in healthy people check-up and its influencing factors,to provide reference for diagnosis and risk assessment for gastric disease,and to explore the management measures for people with abnormal gastric. Methods Detect the serum levels of PGI,PGII,G-17 and the anti-Hp-IgG for 555 subjects in routine medical check-up. Results The results show ed that the PGI,PGII and G-17 level increased with age whereas PGI/PGII show ed a downw ard trend with age. For the Hp-positive group,the serum levels of PGI、PGII and G-17 were significantly higher than those of the Hp-negative group,while the PGI/PGII was significantly lower. Risk assessment of gastric disease were based on serum levels of PGI,PGII,G-17 and the anti-Hp-IgG : Group A included 354 people(63. 78%),Group B included 192 people(34. 59%),Group C included 9 people(1. 62%). Conclusion The serum level of PG and G-17 increased with age,as well as Hp infection. There were higher serum level of PG,abnormal G-17 and Hp infection rate in general population. We should provide stratified health management,and give active intervention and treatment.
