“1+3”模式对手术室仪器设备的故障报损率的影响

摘要
目的:探讨"1+3"模式对手术室仪器设备故障报损率的影响。方法:运用"1+3"模式对我院129件手术室仪器设备进行管理,统计比较实施前后护理人员理论、操作考核成绩及设备故障报损率。结果:实施后护理人员理论考核及操作考核评分高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后手术室仪器设备故障报损率为0.78%(1/129),低于实施前7.75%(10/129)(P<0.05)。结论:"1+3"模式可降低手术室仪器设备故障报损率,提升护理人员使用仪器设备综合能力。
Objective:To investigate the effect of "1+3" mode on failure reported loss rate of operating room equipment.Methods:The "1+3" mode was applied to manage the 129 pieces of operating room equipment in our hospital. The evaluation of theory and operation of the paramedics and the failure reported loss rate before and after implementation were statistically recorded.Results:After the implementation, the scores of the evaluation of theory and operation of the paramedics were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05). After the implementation, the failure reported loss rate of operating room equipment was 0.78%(1/129), lower than that before the implementation ~([7.75%(10/129)])(P<0.05).Conclusion:The "1+3" mode can reduce the failure reported loss rate of operating room equipment and enhance the comprehensive ability of paramedics to use instruments and equipment.
