陈华教授治疗小儿便秘经验

摘要
陈华教授认为小儿便秘病机为本虚肠燥,临床多见脾胃阴虚型和肺脾气虚型,治以补虚润燥。同时指导家长给予患儿摩腹、合理喂养及建立良好的排便习惯,方能最终提高和巩固临床疗效。附验案2则,以资验证。
Professor CHEN Hua believes that the pathogenesis of constipation is dryness of the intestine as well as the deficiency in origin,and in clinic,the spleen and stomach yin deficient type,the lung and spleen qi deficiency type are commonly seen. The treatment method is enriching deficiency and moisturizing dryness. At the same time,parents should be instructed to give their children abdominal massage,proper feeding and establishing good bowel habits,in order to eventually improve and consolidate the clinical effect.2 typical cases are attached for verification.
