贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗老年高血压合并心力衰竭的临床效果观察

摘要
目的:观察贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:收治老年高血压伴心力衰竭患者86例,随机均分为试验组(采用螺内酯+贝那普利治疗)、参照组(采用常规治疗),比较两组治疗效果、血压水平、不良反应、心功能指标。结果:试验组总疗效高于参照组,血压及心功能改善效果优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压心力衰竭患者临床治疗中采用贝那普利及螺内酯治疗效果显著,有助于降低血压水平,改善心功能,不良反应少。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of benazepril combined with spironolactone in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated and heart failure.Method:86 elderly patients with hypertension and heart failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group(treated with spironolactone + benazepril)and the control group(treated with routine treatment).The therapeutic effect,blood pressure level,adverse reactions and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total curative effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the improvement effect of blood pressure and cardiac function was greater than that of the control group,P<0.05 the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Benazepril combined with spironolactone are effective in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and heart failure.It is helpful to lower blood pressure,improve heart function and has fewer side effects.
