摘要
凝结水泵处于负压的工况环境下,极易吸入空气形成汽蚀,影响机组的稳定运行。以某600MW机组凝结水泵被损坏为例,针对经常出现的三种不同事故,分析了原因,并提出了凝结水泵运行时需采取的措施。实际运行表明,这些措施,能有效地降低凝结水泵发生汽蚀现象的几率,避免机组因此而引发的事故。
When the condensate pump is in the negative pressure condition,it can pump air from the leak point very easily to form cavitation,which affects the stable operation of the unit.Taking the damage of a 600 MW unit condensate pump as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons for three frequently occurring accidents,and puts forward some measures for the operation of condensate pumps.The actual operation shows that these measures can effectively reduce the probability of the cavitation phenomenon of the condensing pump and avoid the accidents caused by the cavitation.
