摘要
机舱通风系统是自升式平台重要的动力辅助系统。研究具有自升式平台特色的机舱通风系统,对机械进风自然排风和机械进排风2种通风方式进行分析比较,提出先进的变频控制机舱通风系统设计理念。通过项目实例,详细介绍基于变频控制的机舱通风系统的核心设计思路,展现该系统在智能、节能和安全可靠等方面的诸多优势,为今后自升式平台机舱通风系统的设计提供指导。
        Engine room ventilation system is an important power assist system on self-elevating platform.Engine room ventilation system with characteristics of self-elevating platform is studied. Two kind of ventilation methods, mechanical air intake natural air outlet and mechanical ventilation are analyzed and compared.Advanced design concept of variable frequency ventilation system for engine room is proposed, compared the difference between mechanical air intake, natural air outlet system and mechanical ventilation system, proposed advanced design concept of variable frequency ventilation system for engine room. Based on project example,the core design ideas of variable frequency ventilation system for engine room are introduced in detail, and the advantages of this system in terms of intelligence, energy saving, safety and reliability etc. are shown, which can provide guidance for the future design of engine room ventilation system on self-elevating platform.
