摘要
目的:编制长期护理保险制度居家护理服务老人的满意度问卷调查表,确定及筛选测评维度及条目,进行信、效度检验。方法:立足医院顾客满意度指数理论模型,在文献回顾和专家咨询的基础上编制问卷初稿,选取嘉定区南翔镇社区卫生服务中心护理管理中心内正在接受长期护理保险制度居家护理服务的130名老人进行调查,共发放问卷130份,回收有效问卷122份,有效回收率为93.85%,并进行问卷信、效度评价。结果:最终形成的"长期护理保险制度居家护理老人满意度问卷调查表"包含6个维度、26个条目,问卷的总体Cronbach’s a系数为0.952,折半信度系数为0.958,说明问卷具有较好的内部一致性。研究中26个条目的相关系数在0.362~0.883,其中19个条目的相关系数大于0.600,具有较好的相关性。问卷总体Cronbach’s a系数为0.952,累计贡献率为84.43%。结论:具有较高信、效度的"长期护理保险制度居家护理服务老人满意度问卷调查表"为接受居家护理服务老人的满意度测评提供了可靠依据。
        Objective: To compile a questionnaire of the satisfaction of the elderly with home care of long-term care insurance, determine and screen the dimensions and items of evaluation, and test the reliability and validity. Methods: Based on the theoretical mode of HCSI, the preliminary draft of the questionnaire was compiled on the basis of literature review and expert consultation. A survey was conducted among 130 elderly people who received home care services of long-term care insurance in the Nursing Management Center of Nanxiang Community Health Service Center of Jiading District, a total of 130 questionnaires were sent out, 122 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 93.85%. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were evaluated. Results: The final questionnaire of satisfaction of the elderly with home care of longterm care insurance included 6 dimensions and 26 items. The overall Cronbach's a coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.952,and the half-factor reliability coefficient was 0.958, which indicated that the questionnaire had good internal consistency. The correlation coefficients of 26 items in this study ranged from 0.362 to 0.883, of which 19 items was greater than 0.600, which had a good correlation. The overall Cronbach's a coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.952, and the cumulative contribution rate was84.43%. Conclusion: The questionnaire on the satisfaction of elderly people with home care services for long-term care insurance with higher reliability and validity provides a reliable basis for evaluating the satisfaction of the elderly with home care services.
