摘要

简述了GT13E2燃气轮机燃烧室的结构和运行工况,介绍了燃烧室外缸裂纹产生的经过和部位,分析了裂纹产生的原因,采用波浪键螺钉扣合修复工艺修复燃烧室外缸裂纹,并对燃烧室外缸裂纹修复的效果进行了分析总结,希望能为燃气轮机大型缸体裂纹修复维护方面提供参考和借鉴。
        Structure and operation condition of GT13 E2 gas turbine combustor were presented. The crack process and location of combustor casing were introduced and crack reasons were pointed out. Wave key and screw buckle-closing technology were used to repair combustor casing crack. Finally the effect of gas turbine combustor casing repaired crack was summarized,which can provide reference for same type of equipment flaw in same type of gas turbine.
