摘要
目的采用眼前节OCT测量深板层角膜移植术后植床厚度,观察角膜植床厚度与角膜透明度相关性。方法临床病例系列研究,2012年9月至于2017年11月间,术后检查资料完整,56例56眼深板层角膜移植患者,术后三个月采用眼前节OCT对角膜植床进行生物测量,同时对角膜透明度进行分级,评估角膜植床厚度与角膜透明度的相关性。结果深板层角膜移植术后眼前节OCT测量植床厚度最小值28μm,最大值90μm,平均值(48.54±17.30)μm,术后角膜透明度分级,0级39眼,1级15眼,2级2眼,采用SPSS21.0软件统计二者相关性,相关系数r=0.77,P<0.01,二者之间存在线性相关关系。结论深板层角膜移植术后,随着植床增厚,与角膜透明度降低存在相关性。
Objective To observe the correlation between thickness of implantation bed and corneal transparency after deep Lamellar Keratoplasty. Methods from September 2012 to November 2017, 56 patients(56 eyes) with deep Lamellar Keratoplasty underwent completely postoperative examination. The anterior segment OCT was used to measure the corneal implantation bed at three months after operation. At the same time, the corneal transparency was classified, and the correlation between thickness of implantation bed and corneal transparency was evaluated. Results for thickness of implantation, the minimum thickness of implantation bed was 28 um and the maximum was 90 um, the mean value was(48.54 ±17.30)um. for corneal transparency grade, 39 eyes in 0 grade, 15 eyes in grade 1 and 2 eyes in grade 2. SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between the thickness of implantation bed and corneal transparency. The correlation coefficient r was 0.77%(P < 0.01), and there was a linear correlation between the thickness of implantation bed and corneal transparency. Conclusion The corneal transparency is negative correlated with the thickening of implantation bed after deep Lamellar Keratoplasty.
