摘要
在定常数值模拟的基础上研究了一台单级离心压缩机径向相对间距变化对压缩机性能的影响。分析结果表明:径向相对间距越小,间距变化对压缩机性能的影响就越显著;存在一个最佳径向相对间距,当处于最佳间距时,压缩机的性能最优,笔者初步确定了这台离心压缩机的最佳径向相对间距。
Based on the steady numerical simulation,the effect of radial relative spacing on the centrifugal compressor performance was studied.Results show that,the radial relative spacing strongly affects the centrifugal compressor performance and smaller radial relative spacing incurs obvious influence on the compressor performance;an optimal radial relative spacing on the centrifugal compressor can bring about an optimum performance.The optimal radial relative spacing is preliminary confirmed.
