王坡煤矿封孔质量检测装置的应用试验

摘要
基于钻孔瓦斯流动理论,研发并制造了钻孔封孔质量检测装置,通过在不同钻孔深度处的瓦斯浓度和负压检测,判断钻孔漏气位置,从而为瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔提供依据。在王坡煤矿井下选择2个顺层钻孔作为考察对象,开展了钻孔封孔质量检测的现场试验,找出了钻孔漏气点。试验结果表明该装置能较为准确地判断瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量,可以有效地指导钻孔封孔,提升瓦斯抽采效率。
        Based on the theory of gas flow in borehole, a quality testing device for borehole sealing was developed and manufactured. The gas leakage position was judged by gas concentration and negative pressure detection at different depth of borehole, which provides basis for sealing holes in gas extraction drilling. At the same time, using this device to choose two boreholes in Wangpo Coal Mine as the investigation object, the field test of the hole sealing quality detection was carried out, and the leakage point of the borehole was found. The test results showed that the device can accurately judge the sealing quality of gas drainage boreholes, which can effectively guide borehole sealing and improve gas drainage efficiency.
