摘要
通过对抗腐蚀液冷散热冷板的制备方法进行研究,通过创新结构设计与工艺技术方法,实现内置钛管整体铸造液冷散热冷板的成功制备,其各项技术指标不低于目前真空钎焊状态的液冷冷板,彻底解决真空钎焊冷板工艺流程复杂、抗腐蚀能力较弱等问题,为内置管路的液冷冷板制备提供技术和实例参考。
This paper studies the preparation method of anti-corrosive liquid medium radiator.The innovative structural design and process technology is successfully applied to prepare the liquid medium radiator with built-in integrated titanium pipe.It is noted that the technical indicators are not lower than those of current vacuum soldered liquid medium radiator.As a result,the problems of complexity in processing and weak corrosion resistance can be solved.The study can provide technical and practical references for preparing the liquid medium radiator with built-in pipe.
