摘要

外教是高校外语教学师资队伍中不可或缺的组成部分,合格、优秀的外教是保障教学质量的关键。根据我国异地办学院校聘请外教的现状,结合遵义医学院珠海校区实际情况,对外教聘请工作的提出了问题和相应的解决对策。
        Foreign teachers are a necessary component of the teaching staff. And those who are qualified and excellent are crucial to guarantee the teaching quality. Depending on the Chinese current situation of the employment of foreign experts for running branch schools in other regions and combining it with that of Zhuhai Campus, Zunyi Medical University, some problems and the corresponding solutions in the work of employment of foreign experts are put forward.
