摘要
研究了30 mm厚5Mn钢接头组织和强韧性在不同热输入下的演变规律。结果表明:焊缝主要由针状铁素体组成。随着热输入的增加,焊缝中晶界铁素体含量增多,而且形态由长条形向块状多边形发展,针状铁素体长大,其板条变宽;HAZ由粗大的板条马氏体组成且原奥氏体晶粒长大。焊缝金属强度和低温冲击韧性均随热输入的增加降低;塑性也降低;在热输入为18 kJ/cm时,粗晶热影响区冲击吸收功较低,表明韧性较差。
        The evolution law of structure and strength-toughness of 30 mm thick 5Mn steel joints under different heat input conditions was studied. The results show that the weld mainly consists of acicular ferrite. With the increase of heat input,the content of grain boundary ferrite(GBF) in the weld increases, and the morphology develops from long strip to massive polygon, and the acicular ferrite(AF) grows and the lath becomes wider. The HAZ consists of thick lath martensite and the original austenite grains becomes bigger. The strength and low temperature impact toughness of the weld metal decrease with the increase of heat input, and the plasticity also decreases. When the heat input is 18 kJ/cm, the impact absorption work of CGHAZ is low, indicating that the toughness is poor.
