黄栀子局部外敷治疗碘海醇药物外渗的临床应用

摘要
目的探讨黄栀子局部外敷治疗碘海醇药物外渗的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月在本院住院做增强CT泵入碘海醇药物外渗患者40例为研究对象。根据数表法将患者随机分为对照组(n=20)与研究组(n=20)两组,其中对照组患者给予50%硫酸镁局部外敷;研究组患者给予黄栀子+面粉+75%乙醇局部外敷,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗效果时间以及患者接受程度。结果研究组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗效果时间研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);接受程度研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者药物外渗致肢体肿胀比较差异无统计学意义。结论黄栀子局部外敷治疗碘海醇药物外渗,能快速消肿和止痛,迅速降温,治疗简单,护理方便。
Objective To detect the clinical efficacy of the Huangzhizi, or yellow Fructus Gardeniae,which was used to cure the iohexol vascular exosmose by partial external application. Methods To choose 40 patients, who had received the enhanced CT scan by using the iohexol, but with the phenomenon of vascular exosmose in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018. With the random number table,we divided them randomly into the experiment group(n=20) by using the Huangzhizi+flour+75% alchol partial external application, and the control group(n=20) by using the 50% magnesium sulfate partial external application. And we compared the clinical efficacy, efficiency time and the acceptance between the two methods.Results The clinical efficacy of the experiment group was significant better than the control group(P<0.05), and the efficiency time was also better(P<0.05). The acceptance degree of the study group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in limb swelling caused by drug extravasation between the two groups. Conclusion It is an easy and convenient treatment to cure the iohexol vascular exosmose by using the Huangzhizi partial external application, which can quickly reduce swelling,decrease pain feeling,and fast cooling.
