摘要

企业在激励机制建设中存在忽视薪酬外的激励制度建设、忽视针对老员工的激励机制建设、忽视公平感的营造和忽视激励机制的企业效用有别于领导层效用等问题。企业激励机制建设要基于企业和员工的未来,重视针对老员工的激励机制建设,通过完善的制度约束有权之人,并注意公平公正与保护隐私的平衡,同时也需要科学地制定绩效考核指标。
        In the information age, for enterprise, the competition of human resources is becoming more and more intense, and the management of human resources is becoming more and more difficult. Establishing a scientific and effective incentive mechanism is related to the survival and development of most enterprises, especially those small and medium-sized enterprises with limited resources. This paper analyzes the problems of the incentive mechanism of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the information age and puts forward relevant strategies for building incentive mechanism scientifically.
