康复新熏洗对行RPH混合痔患者的疗效分析

摘要
目的探究康复新熏洗对行自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)混合痔患者的疗效。方法选择286例混合痔患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各143例。两组均行RPH术,术后观察组予以复方角菜酸酯栓联合康复新液熏洗治疗,对照组予以复方角菜酸酯栓联合强力安肛坐浴治疗。比较两组疗效、术后并发症发生率及治疗前后肛门功能变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P﹤0.05),术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗10 d后,两组肛管最大收缩压、肛管舒张压、肛管静息压评分均升高,而肛管高压带长度则较治疗前缩短,且观察组改善幅度均大于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论混合痔患者RPH术后给予康复新液熏洗治疗的疗效较好,可明显减少并发症发生,改善肛门功能,促进术后恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin Fumigation and Washing on patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing automatic hemorrhoid ligation(RPH). Methods A total of 286 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(n =143, respectively). RPH was performed in both groups. After the operation, the observation group was treated with compound carrageenate suppository combined with fumigation and washing with Kangfuxin solution, while the control group was treated with compound carrageenate suppository combined with strong anal sitz bath. The curative effect, incidence of postoperative complications and changes of anal function before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05), and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After 10 d of treatment,the maximal anal systolic pressure, anal diastolic pressure and anal resting pressure scores of the two groups increased, while the length of the anal high pressure zone was shorter than that before the treatment, and the improvement degree of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Fumigation and washing with Kangfuxin solution after RPH for mixed hemorrhoids is effective; it can significantly reduce complications, improve anal functions and promote the postoperative recovery.
