我院注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ使用情况分析

摘要
目的:了解我院辅助用药核糖核酸Ⅱ注射液的用药情况,促进我院辅助用药的合理化。方法:分析我院去年全年核糖核酸Ⅱ注射液使用的基本情况,按科室5%抽查病历数,并分析用药合理性。结果:抽查的163份病历中有82份用药不合理,不合理使用率为50%,主要存在的问题为无指征用药。结论:我院核糖核酸Ⅱ注射液临床应用存在很多问题。
Objective:Learning about the use of Ribonucleic Acid for Injection Ⅱ in our hospital, to promote the rational use levels of adjuvant. Methods:Sampling 5% cases of the medical records from clinical departments last year, to find out the basic situation of the use of Ribonucleic Acid for Injection Ⅱ in our hospital, and analyze the rationality of drug use. Results:163cases were selected, 82 cases were unreasonable, thus the unreasonable utilization rate was 50%, and no indication of drug use is the main problem. Conclusion: There are many problems in the clinical application of Ribonucleic Acid for Injection Ⅱ in our hospital.
