摘要
针对某车型前门内板冲压成形过程中焊缝开裂的问题,介绍了激光拼焊板的材质及力学性能,并借助差厚板成形过程中金属流动模型分析了激光拼焊板拉深开裂的机理,在此基础上提出了通过监测板料焊缝质量与调整薄板侧筋条阻力的方法,减少了垂直于焊缝方向的材料流动及拉应力以平衡焊缝两侧金属流速差异。生产实际表明,采用该措施实施修模,制件开裂比例由5.8%降低至0.06%,可为激光拼焊板的应用及冲模的设计提供参考。
        In view of the weld cracking in the stamping process of a front door inner panel, the material and mechanical properties of the laser tailor-welded blank were presented.The metal flow model in the forming process of the different thickness tailor welded blanks was used to analyze the mechanism of drawing cracking. On this basis, the methods that monitoring the quality of the weld and adjusting the resistance of ribs on the thin plate were proposed to reduce the material flow and tensile stress that perpendicular to the direction of the weld, which could balance the difference in metal flow velocity on both sides of the weld. The production showed that the cracking ratio of the products was reduced from 5.8% to 0.06% by using this measure to modify the die, which could provide reference for the application of the laser tailor welded blank and the design of stamping die.
