摘要
以壳聚糖、二硫化碳等为原料,合成了一种新型改性壳聚糖类净水剂(M-CTS)。实验结果显示,最佳合成条件为:反应物壳聚糖(-NH2)、NaOH及CS2之间的物质的量比为1∶1∶1,反应温度为20℃,反应时间为6h,并对M-CTS进行了红外光谱表征;对比评价了M-CTS、聚铝及阳离子聚丙烯酰胺对油含量为2600mg/L,悬浮物含量为275mg/L的西北某气田含醇污水的除油、除悬效果,实验结果表明,加药量为600mg/L时,M-CTS除油率达到90%以上,悬浮物含量降至100mg/L以下;同时,对加入M-CTS后絮体SEM表面形貌进行了分析。
A novel modified chitosan water purifying agent(M-CTS) was synthesized from chitosan and carbon disulfide. The experimental results show that the optimal synthesis conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of the reactant chitosan(-NH2), NaOH and CS2 is 1∶1∶1, the reaction temperature is 20 ° C, the reaction time is 6 h, and the infrared spectroscopy of CTS was carried out.The oil removal and de-suspension effects of M-CTS, polyaluminum and cationic polyacrylamide on the sewage containing methanol in Northwest China with oil content of 2600 mg/L and suspended solid content of 275 mg/L were compared. The experimental results showed that when the dosage is600 mg/L, the oil removal rate of M-CTS reaches over 90%, and the suspended matter content falls below 100 mg/L.At the same time, the SEM surface morphology of flocs was analyzed.
