摘要
胱抑素C(CysC)属半胱氨酸类,可抑制半胱氨酸酶活性。同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)为一种α氨基酸,是蛋氨酸转甲基后生成的中间代谢产物。CysC与Hcy呈正相关,可通过氧化应激、促炎性反应、干扰凝血平衡等损伤微血管,并与微血管病变存在独立关联。糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)与糖尿病微血管病变之间存在相关性,诸多学者也尝试通过循证医学研究揭示Hcy、CysC与DPN的关系,力争为DPN找到更多血清学依据,为其诊断、治疗以及预后监测提供可靠指标。
        Cystatin C( CysC) is a member of cysteine category and can inhibit cysteine enzyme activity. Homocysteine( Hcy) is an α amino acid,which is an intermediate metabolite produced after methionine is converted to methyl. Studies have shown that CysC and Hcy have a positive correlation. Previous studies have found that CysC and Hcy can damage microvasculature through oxidative stress,pro-inflammatory reaction and interference with coagulation balance. CysC and Hcy have an independent correlation with microvascular lesions. There is a correlation between diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN) and diabetic microangiopathy. Many scholars have also tried to reveal the relationship between Hcy,CysC and DPN through evidence-based medicine research,and strive to find more serological evidence for DPN and provide reliable indicators for its diagnosis,treatment and prognosis monitoring.
