个体化医学营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响

摘要
目的观察个体化医学营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响。方法随机抽取该院妇产科自2016年4月—2017年5月收治的106例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(53例)、研究组(53例),对照组只实施常规营养指导,研究组实施个体化医学营养治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果胰岛素使用率、产妇并发症发生率、胎儿并发症发生率、新生儿并发症发生率研究组分别为5.7%、20.8%、13.2%、9.4%,对照组24.5%、56.6%、45.3%、30.2%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.361、14.359、13.176、7.185,P<0.05);血糖水平研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施个体化医学营养治疗,对改善妊娠结局具有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of individualized medical nutrition therapy on the gestational outcome of gestational diabetes. Methods 106 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each, the control group used the routine nutrition guidance, while the research group used the individualized medical nutrition therapy, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The usage rate of insulin and incidence rate of complications of delivery women, incidence rate of fetal complications and incidence rate of complications of newborns in the research group and in the control group were respectively 5.7%, 20.8%, 13.2%, 9.4% vs 24.5%, 56.6%, 45.3%, 30.2%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=7.361, 14.359, 13.176, 7.185,P<0.05); and the blood glucose level in the research group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized medical nutrition therapy in patients with gestation diabetes is of positive significance to improving the gestational outcomes, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
