摘要
目的:优化凤丹皮中单萜苷的煎煮工艺。方法:以氧化芍药苷、芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷和浸膏得率为评价指标,采用正交试验设计对凤丹皮中单萜苷的煎煮工艺进行优化。结果:最佳煎煮工艺条件为加15倍量的水,浸泡10 min,煎煮3次,每次15 min。结论:此优化的煎煮工艺稳定,合理。
Objective To optimize the decoction technology for monoterpene glycosides in Cortex Moutan. Methods Using the contents of oxypaeoniflorin,paeoiflorin,benzoylpaeoniflrin and extract yield as parameters,the decoction technology of monoterpene glycosides in Cortex Moutan was optimized by orthogonal design. Results The optimum decocting conditions were as follows: adding 15 times of water,soaking for 10 minutes,and decocting three times with 15 minutes each time.Conclusions The optimized decoction process is stable and reasonable.
