摘要
某核电厂与仪表隔离阀相连接的引压管道发生腐蚀开裂,本文采用宏观形貌和微观金相组织观察,材料成分分析、硬度检测、扫描电镜等技术手段对该引压管道开裂处进行系统地分析,结果表明:阀门与管道连接处存在焊接缺陷,导致其在交变循环应力作用下发生疲劳断裂。
Corrosion cracking of a pressure pipe connected with instrument of nuclear power plant was found. The fracture reason of the pressure pipe was studied systematically by means of macroscopic morphology and microscopic metallographic anslysis,material composition analysis,hardness detection,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and so on. The results indicated that there were some welding defects at the Junction connecting valve to pipe which caused corrosion cracking when it was under alternating cyclic stress.
