急诊护理在老年CHF合并高血压护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的研究急诊护理在老年充血性心力衰竭(CHF)合并高血压护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年5月至2017年10月本院收治的78例老年CHF合并高血压患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),试验组实施急诊护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组急救总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的PSQI评分均降低,疾病自我管理能力评分均升高,且试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的收缩压、舒张压均降低,且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的MMSE评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理在老年CHF合并高血压中的应用效果显著,其可提高治疗效果,缓解临床症状,改善患者睡眠质量及心功能,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To study the application effect of emergency nursing in elderly patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) and hypertension. Methods Seventy-eight elderly CHF patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2017 were divided into experimental group(n=39) and control group(n=39) according to the random number table method. The experimental group was given emergency nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of first aid in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the PSQI scores of both groups decreased, the disease self-management ability scores increased, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05); the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in both groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05); the score of MMSE in both groups increased,and that in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P <0.05). The LVESD, LVEDD and LVEF in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing in elderly CHF patients with hypertension has a significant effect. It can improve the therapeutic effect, relieve clinical symptoms, improve sleep quality and cardiac function of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
