摘要
国际电工委员会(IEC),在2017年2月将IEC 62133∶2012《含碱性或其他非酸性电解质的蓄电池和蓄电池组便携式密封蓄电池和蓄电池组的安全性要求》(锂电池部分)标准升级修订为IEC 62133-2∶2017《含碱性或其他非酸性电解质的蓄电池和蓄电池组便携式密封蓄电池和蓄电池组的安全性要求第二部分:锂电体系》。通过分析探讨新旧版本标准框架、测试和标签要求的异同点,从检测行业的角度为锂电池的安全生产和使用提供理论参考。
In February 2017,the IEC 62133∶2012 Secondary cells and batteries containing alkaline or other non-acid electrolytes-Safety requirements for portable sealed secondary cells,and for batteries made from them,for use in portable applications( lithium battery part) was updated to IEC 62133-2 ∶2017 Secondary cells and batteries containing alkaline or other non-acid electrolytes-Safety requirements for portable sealed secondary cells,and for batteries made from them,for use in portable applications-Part 2:Lithium systems by The International Electrotechnical Commission. The similarities and differences between the new and old versions of the standard framework,testing and labeling requirements were discussed. A theoretical reference for the safe production and use of lithium battery from the testing industry perspective was provided.

The similarities and differences between the new and old versions of the standard framework,testing and labeling requirements were discussed.
