摘要
结合胡杨林更新制约因素水肥问题,采用控制实验的方法,分析水肥对胡杨幼苗生长特征的影响。研究结果表明:水肥均能对胡杨幼苗的生长起到非常重要的作用,且水肥交互作用使幼苗响应变得复杂;一定浓度的氮肥能提高胡杨的生产能力,但受到水分的制约,断续给水处理下,氮肥浓度的增加反而会导致比叶面积减少;断续给水模式更有利于幼苗生物量积累,能促进胡杨对地下生物量的投入,使其对水资源竞争力得到提高;根冠比随水分增加而减少,表明水分过高不利于胡杨幼苗的生长;综合来看,含水率为15%~30%、含氮量为2 g/L施肥量的土壤比较适合胡杨幼苗生长。
        The controlled experiment with soil water and fertilizer was conducted to explore the effect of water and fertilizer on the growth characteristics of Populus euphratica seedling. The results showed that both water and fertilizer had significant influence on the growth of Populus euphratica seedlings. The certain concentration of nitrogen fertilizer improved the productivity of P. euphratica but the effect was limited by water. The increase of nitrogen fertilizer concentration resulted in the decrease of specific leaf area with the intermittent water supply model which was promoted the accumulation of seedling biomass,the investment of underground biomass and the competitiveness for water resources. The root-crown ratio decreased with the increase of water,indicating that too much water was not conducive to the growth of seedlings. The soil with water content of 15% ~ 30% and nitrogen content of 2 g/L was more suitable for the growth of P. euphratica seedlings.
