娜欧米·克莱恩关于全球气候危机的思考与主张

摘要
在娜欧米·克莱恩看来,日益严重的全球气候危机,既是可怕的危险,也是难得的机遇,因为气候变化为人类社会的变革和进步提供了多方面的历史契机。基于这种既辩证又充满乐观主义的基本判断,克莱恩就当今全球气候危机的成因和对策提出了比较系统的见解和主张。虽然克莱恩更多的是从西方国家的角度看待全球气候危机问题,但她所指出的危机成因和所提出的解决办法,却在相当程度上具有普遍意义,也值得在"加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国"的过程中予以必要的关注和适当的借鉴。
